Mokoadi Mogano
Senior Manager: Professional Affairs (CPD & Registrations)

Mokaodi Mogano joined the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) in January 2012 and has since served the SAPC with utmost diligence. Prior to joining Council, he was employed by the Metropolitan Health Group, a medical scheme administrator.
Mokoadi was promoted to the role of Senior Manager: Professional Affairs (CPD and Registrations) with effect from 17 May 2021.
In his new role as Senior Manager: Professional Affairs (CPD and Registrations), he is responsible for overseeing the registration of persons, implementation of continuing professional development (CPD) and monitoring the participation of registered persons in CPD. Mokoadi is also charged with overseeing the management of persons unfit to practise for reasons other than unprofessional conduct, amongst others.
He is a qualified Pharmacist and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is currently studying towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the University of Suffolk.
He lives by the motto: “Longevity is the key to sustained success”.
Nhlamulo Nkanyane
Senior Manager: Professional Conduct

Nhlamulo Nkanyane joined the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) in April 2012 as a Professional Conduct Practitioner: Monitoring Compliance and Professional Conduct, and was subsequently promoted to Manager: Legal Services and Professional Conduct in November 2014.
From May 2021, Nhlamulo is the Senior Manager: Professional Conduct. Mr Nkanyane is responsible for leading the Professional Conduct Department in executing its mandate, which includes, amongst others, investigating patient and the public’s complaints of unprofessional conduct by registered persons (pharmacists and pharmacy) and recorded pharmacies, and ensuring compliance with the provisions/requirements the Pharmacy Code of Conduct, Pharmacy Act, regulations, and the Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) rules.
He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Venda, a Post-Graduate Diploma: Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts from the University of Johannesburg, a Certificate in Legislative Drafting and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Administrative and Constitutional Law from the University of Pretoria.
Felicia Ngoveni
Manager: Professional Conduct

Felicia Ngoveni joined the SAPC in April 2012 as a Professional Conduct Practitioner. Felicia was recently promoted to the position of Manager: Professional Conduct with effect 1 November 2021.
Her duties include managing and ensuring that complaints regarding unethical/unprofessional conduct are investigated and finalised in a fair, consistent, and timeous manner in compliance with legal requirements.
Felicia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Limpopo, and she is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Felicia believes that each day is an opportunity to learn something new and having a teachable spirit is key in life. She lives by the motto: “When you know better, you do better”.

Tumelo Mudau
Manager: Professional Affairs (Education)

Tumelo Modau joined the SAPC in June 2021 in the capacity of Manager: Professional Affairs (Education). Prior to joining the SAPC, Tumelo worked for Adcock Ingram as a Regulatory Affairs (RA) Pharmacist.
He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU), a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in Clinical Pharmacy also from SMU, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy Administration and Regulation from the University of the Western Cape.
Prior to working in Pharmacy, Tumelo worked as an underwriter for a long-term insurance company and has a background in medical aid administration. He previously worked as a Lecturer and an assessor for undergraduate pharmacy programmes. Over the years, Tumelo has worked in various sectors of pharmacy and has experience in community, hospital, academia and manufacturing.
He has received various accolades and awards, with his academic research having been awarded Best Research in a Public Hospital by the Gauteng Department Health (Pharmaceutical Services); he was also awarded Best Newcomer (Junior Pharmacist) by Adcock Ingram, and Best Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist also by Adcock Ingram.
Tumelo approaches every task with the intent to accomplish it and thrive; he shares Maya Angelou’s view “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour, and some style.”
Muisaphanda Enos Rampamba
Manager: Professional Affairs (Education)

Enos Rampamba joined the SAPC on 1 July 2021, in the position of Manager: Professional Affairs (Education). Prior to joining the SAPC, Enos was a Manager and Responsible Pharmacist at Tshilidzini Regional Hospital.
He was also an Assessor and Part-time Course Facilitator for Learner Basic and Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistants at Health Science Academy. He holds a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU), a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) with the University of Limpopo (University of the North), a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Pharmacy Management from SMU and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management Executive Leadership from the University of Pretoria.
Mr Rampamba is a firm believer in one advancing themselves by continuous learning, and the sharing of knowledge and skills to make an impact in the pharmacy profession.
He lives by the motto: “Be a leader in your position”.
Amohelang Khoboko
Professional Conduct Practitioner

Amohelang Khoboko joined the SAPC in the capacity of Professional Conduct Practitioner in May 2021. Prior to joining the SAPC, she was employed at the University of Pretoria Law Clinic.
In her role at the SAPC, Amogelang will be responsible for enforcing compliance with professional standards, investigating alleged misconduct and imposing disciplinary sanctions against those found guilty of misconduct by the disciplinary committees of the SAPC.
Amogelang holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree obtained from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law (BA Law) from North-West University.
She lives by the motto: “For with God nothing is, or ever shall be, impossible”.
Adv. Thabiso Digomo
Professional Conduct Practitioner

Adv. Thabiso Digomo joined the SAPC in November 2021 in the capacity of Professional Conduct Practitioner. Before joining the Office of the Registrar, Thabiso worked for Mashao Attorneys.
She is registered as an Advocate with the Legal Practice Council and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Limpopo. Thabiso says she is excited to join Council as she will make an effective contribution to the organisation.
Her motto is: “Never ever give up in life, keep pushing and always be in control of my attitude no matter the situation”
Talitha Tasker
Communication and Media Intern (Language Support)

Talitha Tasker joined the SAPC in April 2021 as a Communication and Media Intern (Language Support). Talitha holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree majoring in Linguistics, German, and Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours (BA Honours) degree in Linguistics both from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).
Talitha prides herself on engaging with people in a genuine way, and giving her best in every task she’s involved in. Her key responsibilities include writing, editing, and proofreading written material sent out by, and used within the SAPC.
Talitha crafts graphics, posters, and drafts communication material, social media posts (“Check our social media accounts – the cheeky posts are probably mine,” she says), internal communication, and for other projects. She interacts with stakeholders on the SAPC’s social media platforms, and assists with the SAPC’s reputation management, amongst others.
She lives by the notion: “Because sincerity is a currency, one must be rich in heart!”.
Tieho Thekoane
Communication and Media Intern (Communication Support)

Tieho Thekoane joined the SAPC in August 2021 as a Communication and Media Intern (Communication Support). Amongst others, Tieho is responsible for assisting with social media account management, stakeholder support through social media, crisis communication, and management of the SAPC’s reputation. He provides media relations support, undertakes media monitoring and analysis, and writes and proofreads communication material.
Tieho holds a National Diploma: Marketing from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing Communication from the AAA School of Advertising.
Tieho is grateful for the opportunity to work for the SAPC, he believes his time at Council will be fruitful because he would have learned skills that will help advance his career.

Dineo Rampyapedi
Communication and Media Intern (Communication Support)

Dineo Rampyapedi joined the SAPC in April 2021 as a Communication and Media Intern (Communication Support).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies and an Intel Computer Certificate, both obtained from the University of Limpopo.
Amongst others, she is responsible for assisting with social media account management, stakeholder support through social media and management of the SAPC’s reputation. She provides media relations support, undertakes media monitoring and analysis, and writes and proofreads communication material.
She says completing a BA degree and joining the SAPC are her fondest career accomplishments.
Nokuthula Msimango
Communication and Media Intern (Content Development)

Nokuthula Msimango joined the SAPC in May 2021 in the capacity of Communication and Media Intern (Content Development). Nokuthula holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Journalism (Cum Laude), both obtained from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). She also wrote for The Tempest, a global online news outlet.
In her role at the SAPC, Nokuthula is responsible for the development of a variety of content in line with the SAPC Corporate Communication Strategy, copyediting organisational literature and other company documents, campaign development and execution, the development of writing guides and other manuals, and layout and design of publications and other communication material. She is also responsible for assisting with the management of social media accounts, providing stakeholder support and the management of the SAPC’s reputation, amongst others.
Nokuthula plans to make a mark in journalism, contribute towards positively influencing narratives concerning the profession, and improve connotations.
She lives by the motto: “Always pace yourself and focus on what you have right in front of you”.
Resignations
Tebogo Mokonyane
Supply Chain Officer

Tebogo joined the SAPC in September 2020 in the capacity of Supply Chain Officer. Tebogo executed his duties with distinction and accuracy. He left the Office of the Registrar in November 2021 to pursue other opportunities. We wish him well in his future endeavours.
Voster Himbotwe
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Voster Himbotwe joined the SAPC in November 2005 in the capacity of Head of Department: Finance and Administration. He was appointed to serve as Principal Officer of the SA Pharmacy Council Pension Fund from 2006 to 2014. After the conversion of the Fund to an umbrella arrangement in 2014, he was re-appointed as Principal Officer, a position he held to until his exit from the SAPC’s employment in November 2021.
He contributed immensely to the management and implementation of governance, financial prudence and risk aversion frameworks – achieving consistent clean audit opinions. We wish him well in his next journey.
